Students, experts and guests of the Faculty of Education, University of Malta, will provide you with free resources, as well as short learning programs and Q & A sessions intended to help you as learners and home-teachers during this crisis situation. We’re here to provide a variety of flexible learning experiences at your own home.

We are cordially inviting you to participate in a series of global events that will take place between October and December. Organised by the Department of Arts, Open Communities and Adult Education, University of Malta, and coordinated by Dr Sandro Debono and myself, with the generous technical assistance of Dr Joe Vancell, the events feature leaders in the museum world.

The webinars will be transcribed and published as an edited book, and a special issue of the Malta Review of Educational Research (MRER), entitled Shaping Museum Futures, will be published as vol.15 no.2 (December 2021 issue).

CONNECT TO LEARNING SEMINAR
Supporting students with dyslexia
In this seminar we will discuss strategies on how parents and educators can support students with dyslexia. Two experts from the Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) Services will help us understand the kind of challenges that dyslexia can create for learners within the school context, and discuss the levels of support provided. Experiences of schools which have successfully supported students with dyslexia will also be shared.
